Park Rules & Regulations
1. Quiet time 11:00pm-7:00am
2. Renters are not allowed pets
3. No Visitor Dogs
4. All children 16 year and younger must be on a lot by 11:00pm
5. No fireworks permitted
6. No children under 14 allowed in the clubhouse, pool, or fitness area without adult supervision
7. No bikes, skateboards, rollerblades etc on the gazebo, clubhouse or walkway/alleyway
8. 10 km per hour through resort property, including golf carts and scooters
9. Swim in designated areas only
10. No boating in swim area
11. Respect ‘No Wake Zones’ near the marina and docks
12. No beaching of boats
13. No starting skiers etc. from the beach
14. No fueling of watercraft except at the marina ie/no jerry cans
15. No fuel storage on lots
16. Boats must be mechanically sound from leaking fluids
17. Sewer hookups must be sealed and free of any leaks
18. No dogs are not allowed on the beach or common grass areas. Dogs are permitted to cool down near the boat launch
19. No shoes in the pool area
20. No loud or obnoxious behavior
21. No smoking except on owner’s lots
22. Club house to be cleaned and furniture put back after use
23. No special events or gatherings without prior consent of BOD/Management
24. No parking on streets or on others lots, extra parking is available by the club house
25. No trespassing through owner’s lots
26. Compliance with all posted signage
27. All facilities are ‘Use at your own risk’
28. Household garbage can be tossed in the dumpsters at the top of the park by entrance. Large items and construction materials can be taken to local dump sites.
29. Please utilize the recycling shed by the dumpsters to sort your cans and bottles for refund. All proceeds go to the social committee to purchase and host fun things for the park.

Sewage Treatment & Water Conservation Requirements
Club Mara operates the sewage treatment plant governed by strict legislation as detailed in our Sewage Permit.
To aid in the sewage treatment process, it is important we all do our part to use septic friendly/phosphorus free products.
Use no phosphate dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, bath products, and cleaners.
Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, drain cleaner and toilet cleaner.
Do not flush pharmaceuticals, solvent or paint.
Certain items when flushed into the sewer system can cause serious and expensive damage to the lift station pumps.
Do not flush paper towels, baby wipes, personal wipes, cleaning wipes, disposable diapers, feminine hygiene products, dish cloths, dental floss, anything plastic or similar non-biodegradables.
The sewer system is designed for toilet paper and human waste only!
Water conservation and phosphorus levels are everyone responsibility. Please remind your family and friends of our sewer system requirements and place signage in your washrooms as needed.
Lot Alterations
Any lot alterations including, but not limited to new park models, sheds, concrete, decks, awnings, grading, fences, gazebos, retaining walls, trees/hedges (removal or planting) and any structure over five feet in height require advanced consent from Club Mara's Board of Directors.
